I still remember in my earlier days in my main business. I have problem about restocking. My rolling capital is very limited. I was depending on my Adsense money for rolling the stock and for my own expenses. So it’s hurt for me when I have to say to customer, “Sorry, my stock was finished already.” Its mean they will need to find from my other competitors and could become my competitors’s repeat customers.

However now is the different things. Even I have enough capital but if my suppliers don’t have any stock left, it’s quite difficult for me too. I can lose the profits as high as RM270 if I don’t have enough stock to sell to my customers. Well the most important thing is their trust to me. My credibility is the fast service, fast delivery, affordable price and smile always… :)

As I mention in my post before-before, whatever my customers want, I can provide for them.

Before the end of 2009, my target is to have:

1. Have 10 active agents. Means they are taking order from me at least RM2000 per month. (including my international agents.)

2. Growing my market to Indonesia,Thailand and other 3 countries in Europe. Have agents in there.

3. I can start demand with my supplier. At least I will take minimum 200 units for each products.

4. Branding at least half of my products for new local targeting market and for international marker.

5. Still be in underground. So it’s lucky for those that can found my hideout…hehe

For you my friends, always list every month/week what you want to achieve. 85% of the result will successful with this simple trick. Believe me lol…okeh! I already have my target for May & June 2009. Don’t you dare to wait the perfect time to START. START NOW!

ps-usually what I always wrote is not to show off, but this is how I motivated myself to move faster to achieve my target.

Therefore, it was truly distressing for me when I had to tell my customers, “Sorry, I am out of stock at the moment.” It means that they will need to source the goods from my other competitors and in return, they could become my competitor’s regular customers.

However, now things are very different altogether. As of today, even I do have enough capital to restock, my suppliers do not have any stock available when I am in desperate need and it turns out to be a difficult problem too! I tend to lose profits as high as Rm270 if I do not have enough stock at my disposal to meet my customers demand. To my indisputable belief, not to lose a customer’s trust is surely a matter of great significance and value. My credibility lies upon fast service, fast delivery, and affordable price and with a smile on the face, always…
As I had mentioned earlier on in my previous posts, whatever my customers want, I will do my very best to provide them.

Before the end of 2009, my target is:
1. To have 10 active agents. Meaning, they will be securing orders from me valued at least RM 2,000 on a monthly basis. (Including my international agents)
2. To grow my market share to Indonesia, Thailand and three (3) specified countries in Europe. Currently I have agents there.
3. To ensure I have an edge to call the shot (demand) with my supplier. I predict that at least I would be able to take a minimum stock of 200 units for each product.
4. To initiate my own branding for at least half of the products as to cater for newly found local and international markets.
5. To still be staying underground. Therefore, it would be lucky for those who are able to find my hideout…hehe

For you my friends make sure you always have a weekly/monthly task list on what you really want to achieve and strictly adhere to it! BE DISCIPLINED, until it becomes second nature (a habit). 85% of the target will succeed with this simple trick. Believe me lol…okeh! I have already set my target for May & June 2009. Do not procrastinate further and wait for the perfect time to START. START NOW!

PS – By the way, what I used to write is by no means to brag, but this is how I act as to motivate myself to achieve my target and to move on to the fast track to success.
