Note : Sorry chot because I promised to publish my entry yesterday but a have some case on the way.

A piece of my life, 26July

Today should be the most relief and happy day for me after almost 5 months looking for house to rent since before my semester break. I made a promise to meet the owner today but I must bring along Bro because the owner want a family man type, not a student. Yesterday when I said I’m student he (security guard at Taman Pulai Flora @ middle man @ Suppiah) can’t accept me. But quickly I said i have brother that looking for the house. He’s married and just been transfer to UTM as lecturer.

“Okay, so bring your brother and his wife tomorrow at 9.30am.”

Last night I meet with Bro and told him everything. Today he will meet the owner at the time as promise. 9.00am, I sent a sms but he didn’t replied. i tried called him but didn’t answer. Oh no… so i called Suppiah I said my Bro can’t come today. How about tomorrow? He said if tomorrow he will give the house to someone else.

I have class on 10.00am. My Bro at Taman Sentosa, JB now. Which’s more important? I decided to meet the Bro rather than attend my class today. Luckily I found his house even I not very remember the way to his way..and…Bla…bla..bla….

We arrived at Skudai and go to my house first. Bro ironed his pant and shirt while I polish his shoes. Wow..he looks so great with formal dressing and his tie. His shirt matching with his stockin and so so….Then we rush to see Suppiah and then he introduced us with the owner.

“I’m so sorry because I got seminar at Pan Pacific. My schedule so tigh and I got a break for lunch so this boy pick me up from there and we be a little late because traffic jam in the way here.”

“Oh, it’s okay. There are construction between flyover to Pasir Gudang. So you’re married?”

“Oh yes. I’m teaching at UM before and just been transfer here. But my wife still at KL because she still don’t get permisson to transfer yet.”

And Bla..bla…bla…

I don’t think the owner will suspect anything because with Bro dressing and attitude, if I never know him, I can mistakenly assume he is a lecture, family man type, just married..har har.

Anyway it’s not our intention to ‘cheat’ the owner. She is very kind person. Only because we really want that house. We will look after and make sure to love the house as our house. The tenants so far only me, Bro and Faiz (he doing business at KL and will stay with us if be here). Its a brand new house–still virgin, double storey, 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, big hall and can put 4 car in a parking lot. It’s spacious and comfortable. I love the master bedroom. It’s have a big balcony, with a nice environment. The housing area also fencing and have a security guard.

So we are looking for anybody that interested to join us as tenant and sharing the benefits with us, but with the condition.

1. A hygiene and tidy person.

2. Enjoy with us.

3. Friendly and can give cooperation.

If you think you are the one, you need to pay RM120 per month. I thinks it’s much competitive rather than living in UTM hostel that will cost you RM4 - RM5.50 per day (single room only. other than single room, you still need to pay RM3 minima per day). Just doing your calculation.

We will move to a new house on 14 Rejab. It’s a good day.

A month ago chot and aria-ayumi had tagged me to show photos while I’m a small kid. Been busy and not enough equipment made me delay to ‘cash’ my promise to them. Anyway, please enjoy my entry today..Yossshhhh!!!
