I hate holiday

In my business line, no matter how excellent I sell the product, how splendid the product is it, the most vital thing is delivery. If delivery is late even a day, it really scratches my reputation.
Why I hate holiday? Just because it will make my delivery system flip-flap. The good stuck at warehouse and certain merchandise can’t last longer while at there. I only knew tomorrow is Hari Keputeraan Sultan Selangor when my customer informed me, oh yeah. My mistake for not checking the calendar properly last time. Nevertheless, I don’t care because I be able to find the solution.
If you deal direct with manufacturer, its okay but if you have to deal with middle-man, you need to have a backup plan. Not one, not two, but as many as you can. Just like you’re playing chess game. Always have the backup and act fast but careful to avoid from Checkmate!
Most of my business is about trading. This is a very magnificent business with many rivals. Through my business lately, I have to drive my competitors crazy. I won’t letting the big players have full pieces of cake. Keep them on my Sharingan radar. I know I can’t demolish them but I can make them crazy!

Below is I Love My Customer’s Code.
1.Customer is always right. Never mad at them even the mistake was from their foolishness.
2.Trust my customers and accepted if been cheated by them because it rare.
3.Don’t be too stingy. Make other profits with up sell and repeated sale.
4.Well-informed that not all customers like me
5.Say ‘Yes’, even I don’t have that product, as long as it within my niche.
6.Try the best from returning the money to them if I can’t deliver the product as promises. Buy the product from other competitor even I loss the money. As long as the customers know I can get them whatever they want.
“Take such damn good care of customers that they have no choice but to do business with you, ;)”
