Slim in the easy way
You said you don’t have time to exercise. Or that is just your excuse for your laziness? Alright, it’s your body not mine. Why should I care right? Anyway, actually it can be done in simple and natural method like……

1. Don’t feel hungry.
We knew that foods give us energy and when we used energy less than what we take, our body will ‘shock’. The body will start burn the ‘muscle’ to replace food. It will make your body metabolize in low rate.
When you can’t endure your hungriness, you will eat more than usually. At this time, even your food taken back to normal level, your body metabolize still low. In the result, your body can’t burn the calories at the same level more.
So, who said you need to be hungry to slim your body?
2. Take something bitter before you eat.
Drink a coffee and gargle for a few seconds before you eat. By this way, your throat going to taste bitter and increasing enzyme salivate and HCL acid.
Lack of both, will resulting your digesting incompetent.
3. Eat a breakfast
Breakfast can stabilize your hormone and sugar level in your blood. Therefore it will increase your metabolism rate to burn the calories.

4. Eat slowly
Enjoy your foods without to hustle. When we do this, the body will give a signal to show the satisfied for the foods.
5. Drink 8 glass water per day.
I think everybody knew about it right? But are you doing it as been told? If you drink a lot of water, it can reduce your appetite and help your body metabolize fat storage.
6. Eat frequently with the smaller quantity
7. Sour water and spice food will increase the fat burning.
8. Avoid or reduce,
Carbonate drink.
Salt.
Margarine and butter.
Lasty,
Don’t make your life harder if you need to check your weight, everyday. You possible can’t see the result as fast as you desire. Be patient or you will be a patient. Take it easy in a cool way.
