Dadih

Yesterday I slept at my friend’s house. He and his girlfriend teach me how to make dadih. It’s not as tough as I assumed before. As long as we know the right calculation, we are on the right track to make a perfect dadih…hohoho

Strawberry, Grape, Corn, Pandan, Cappucino, Bandung….

I just got called from K. Even our conversation less than 1 minute but I feel relieved. Its not that he knew my situation yet, but I saw a hope. Maybe this weekend I will go to Banting to meet someone.

wow! Looks so sedap, I like. Dadih in english is yogurt if im not mistaken :)

1. Agar-agar. Ikut sukatan kang terkeras jadi agar2 dah.

2. Susu tepung

3. Susu Cair

4. Gula

5. Garam sikit (ade rase masin2 sikit)

6. Perasa, Sirap ke..Strawberry ke…Jagung ke…

7. Air

Sukatan die….hurmmm sebab aku buat more than 100 dadih so kitorang pakai periuk besar masak air..

Cara-cara membuatnya.
1-Air masak dulu
2-Masukkan agar2
2-Susu tepung dibancuh bersama air
3-Masukkan susu cair+ Gula
4-Letak la sedikit garam
5-Dah siap, masukkan pape perasa yg ko nak.
